Internet Connection Loss: The app now treats an internet outage as a register failure and follows the correct procedure by signing receipts with an alternate signature and marking the event as an outage. All relevant receipts include the "Sicherheitseinrichtung ausgefallen" (security device failed) message along with a QR code.
OpenFiskal Connectivity Loss: If the connection to OpenFiskal is lost, the app handles this similarly to an internet outage. Receipts are signed with an alternate signature, ensuring compliance even during the outage.
Certified Trust Service Provider (TSP) Inaccessibility: When the certified trust service provider (TSP) is unreachable, receipts are signed using a replacement signature. Receipts are marked with "Sicherheitseinrichtung ausgefallen" and include a QR code. The app also automatically generates a Null-Beleg (collective receipt) when the connection is restored, signaling the end of the outage.
Automatic Re-signing of Receipts: If any receipts were issued during an outage scenario, OpenFiskal automatically re-signs them once the connection is re-established. The re-signing process happens every day at 11 pm CEST.
